Kristina Mourlot

Kristina joined Armentum Partners in 2021 and has almost 20 years of experience in private credit, almost half of that exclusively in technology. Prior to joining Armentum, Kristina was a founding team member of Vista Credit Partners, Vista Equity Partners’ credit strategy. In her role at Vista, she spent almost nine years building out the credit platform, including marketing, fundraising, investing, managing leverage facilities, and portfolio management. Prior to Vista, Kristina spent almost nine years at GE Antares Capital, where she was focused on cash flowing, private equity-backed companies as a generalist lender. At Armentum, Kristina leverages her extensive credit and technology background through a focus on the origination and execution of debt capital raising for technology companies. Kristina graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Kristina resides in Chicago and tests her fate as an amateur equestrian and owner of two horses.
