Gavin Hoffmann

Gavin has been with Armentum Partners since 2018 and was elevated to Partner in 2023. He leads the execution of debt capital raises for healthcare and life science companies for our firm. Prior to Armentum, Gavin was an Associate at Oxford Finance, a premier specialty finance firm providing senior secured loans to public and private life sciences and healthcare services companies worldwide. While at Oxford Finance, he was responsible for identifying, assessing, and executing new debt investment opportunities within the biotechnology and medical device sectors. Before joining Oxford Finance, Gavin was a Healthcare Investment Banker at Cowen and Company, where he focused on capital raising and M&A advisory. Gavin graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting and was a four-year member of the Division I Men's Basketball Team. Gavin and his wife live in Los Gatos, California with their golden retriever, George. He enjoys hiking, golfing, pickleball, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
