Andrew Fineberg

Andrew Fineberg has been a trusted advisor on royalty monetizations and structured finance for corporate and not-for-profit clients since 2008, specializing in healthcare around the world. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at OrbiMed in the Royalty and Credit Opportunities Fund. Prior to OrbiMed, Andrew was Head of the Structured Finance advisory practice at SVB Leerink, where he focused on pharmaceutical royalty monetization and growth debt in biopharma. He was Head of Structured Finance at MTS Health Partners from 2012 to 2021, guiding NFP clients in monetizing royalty streams. His earlier roles include Head of the Finance Group at Torreya Partners and Vice President in the Private Placement Group at Cowen and Company. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
